This video is seriously sick. It shows a young Brazilian man who got an infection his shoulder from injecting Synthol, which is used to increase muscle size. The disgusting material pouring out of his shoulder is simply pus from the infection. This happens quite often when men inject steroids or Synthol under unclean circumstances.
