Diving Board Face Plant

This video is just ugly. A woman swimmer attempts to do a reverse back flip on a diving board, but something goes badly wrong and she hits her head on the diving board. She seems to be ok since she was not knocked out by the injury and she is not having convulsions in the water, but blows to the head are never a good idea.

After the blow, she goes into the water, goes under for a bit, but then comes to the surface and swims to the edge of the pool. Let's hope she's ok and she did not suffer any serious injury in this incident.
