Projectile Vomiting
This video is really gross. The site I found it on was all in French, so I had a hard time figuring out what was going on. The physician and a nurse are at the foot of a patient's body in the hospital. Suddenly, the man vomits horribly. The vomit shoots out 6 feet or so and hits the doctor full in the body.
Gross!

my guess is that it's some weird scat thing with a man "giving birth", the contractions resulting in the explosion.
