Man Beats Toddler in a Detroit Store
On the west side of Detroit, a store camera catches a man aged 25-30 years old maliciously beat, kick, slap, step on, yank, pull, hit in the face with objects and abuse a young toddler, who could not have been more than 2 years old. At the end of the video, the child follows the man as he walks away, still devoted to his caretaker.
To date, the man has not been caught.

I always wonder that someone can stnd by and video something like this, rather than taking some kind of immediate action. I would HAVE to interevene if I saw a similar incident...wouldn't you?
