Good Lord! What is that a picture of anyway? I Googled "Gay Bowel Syndrome" and this is what I came up with. I haven't the faintest idea what is going on with this poor fellow. I have also heard that gay men who have lots of anal sex end up with "cauliflower assholes." Is that what is going on here? Are those nothing but huge hemorrhoids?
