Bullfighter Juan Aparicio horribly gored by a bull in Summer 2010. He barely survived the attack and last heard from was in very serious condition in the hospital.

See that thing in his mouth, like he's trying to swallow a thick beef jerky stick all at once? Believe it or not, that's the bull's horn. The bull's horn went into his tongue and straight out of his mouth. Damn, nasty stuff.

This incident got a lot of play in Spain in the summer of 2010. The matador, Julio Aparicio, slipped, and that's where he messed up.

I hate these bullfights, so I should probably root for the bull in this case, but I did feel sorry for the guy. He survived the attack, but he was in extremely bad shape in the hospital right after the attack. He was back in the hospital on June 29, 2010 from an infection following surgery to reconstruct his throat, mouth and palate. His condition was listed as grave but stable. I don't have any further updates on his condition.

This guy's lucky to be alive.

Aftermath of a horrible injury in which a drunken man impaled his leg on a spiked fence. People have died form getting impaled on spiked fences.

Same injury. That's fat. That's what the fat under your skin looks like. Gross huh?

The first two photos are of an incredible injury that a young man got in a very stupid way. He was trying to climb a fence with some spikes on it while he was drunk. His leg got stuck on a spike! He could go neither forwards nor backwards and was just stuck there for 5 minutes as the spike slowly moved deeper into his leg. It penetrated a full 10 cm. His friend finally pushed his leg up so he could fall off the fence. Don't climb spiked fences while drunk!

The MRSA infection from Hell. Every bit of flesh that this bugger from outer space touched had to be excised, as if it was of the Devil Himself.

This is a photo of a MRSA infection. Nasty huh? A young man got a MRSA infection and was in isolation for a week in the hospital while three different doctors tried to one-up each other trying different antibiotics to kill the bug. They pumped a ton of IV antibiotics into him and he still went septic and every bit of flesh that the MRSA touched had to be excised.

A man's father was working in the shed with a nail gun when a piece of metal hit the safety and set it off, shooting a nail clear through three of his fingers! It actually went right through three of his knuckles. The middle knuckle was shattered completely and the nerve in his index finger was severed.

Screwdriver penetrating a man's foot.

A young man in the UK doesn't really know what happened here. Last thing he saw there was a screwdriver lying flat on the ground, and the next thing he knew the screwdriver was somehow embedded in his foot. He screamed, cried, and vomited when he saw the wound. Then he almost passed out. The strange thing is that it did not even hurt that much. It just ached in a strange way. Too bad they have socialized medicine there so the surgery to remove it was free. In a word, his nose and eyes are gone, and there is a huge hole where they ought to be. An operation is performed, and he is basically given a face transplant whereby he gets a fake face and eyes. Really weird and disturbing stuff.

The text reads something to the effect that on August 16, 2010 at 11:40 AM, a motorcycle crashed into a green vehicle in the city of Xingtai in Hebei Province, China. It's possible that a local mayor named Guo Zhan Guo was the man riding the motorcyle who was killed. The scene is appalling.

Worst Man Boobs Ever

Mantits or Manboobs are actually known as "moobs." This has to be one of the grossest moob pics I've ever seen. Yuck!

Photo of James Vance, Failed Shotgun Suicide

This is an incredible photo and video of James Vance, who tried to blow his brains out with a shotgun but unfortunately was unsuccessful and survived. It seems he put the shotgun under his chin and fired upwards. He lived, but his face is seriously mangled in the worst way. If I had to get up every day and look at that in the mirror, I think I would go back and finish the job once and for all.

On December 23, 1985, just in time for the holidays, Vance and friend Ron Belknap, both seriously depressed teenagers, made a suicide pact. Then they went to the local church playground while loaded on various drugs and shot themselves in the face. Belknap luckily died, but Vance unfortunately lived, having given himself the worst Christmas present anyone could ever get.

Vance spent the next three years undergoing reconstructive surgery and treatment drug abuse and suicidal thoughts. He died in 1988 from complications of surgery and his use of methadone to try to cure himself of opiate addiction. Cause of death was methadone overdose, and it is thought that he may have successfully committed suicide.

His parents sued the rock group Judas Priest for wrongful death claiming that their song lyrics made Vance attempt suicide, but they lost the case.

In the video above, Vance sits at the scene of the suicide attempt and tells what happened on that day.
