Truck Runs Over Man In Russia

This video is simply terrible. I believe it was filmed in Russia. There are people talking in the background, and I believe that they are speaking Russian. The scene takes place on a poor rural road, but there is a considerable amount of traffic. For some reason, someone is filming the road.

Suddenly a man, who seems to be either drunk or crazy, wobbles out in front of the road. A half-ton truck swerves first one way, then another, then it hits the man and mows him down. The cameramen start shouting exclamations. The truck keeps on driving after it hits the guy. You can see his body squashed in the road with what looks like quite a bit of blood. It looks like he was probably killed by this accident.
