This video is pretty disturbing, although the quality on it is poor. It shows a group of Blacks engaging in what is known as "happy slapping" on a bus in London. The video was apparently shot by a friend of those doing the happy slapping.

This video is very weird! The man in the video is named Dee Dee, and he is half man, half tree! Dee Dee is 35 years old and lives in Indonesia. At age 15, he cut his knee with a knife. Soon afterward, warty growths began appearing on the knee. He ignored it, and a while later, the warts began to spread to the point where his hands and feet look like tree roots.

There is actually not much to this video, but it is important for historical reasons. It apparently shows the last execution by guillotine in France. A man, Eugen Weidmann, is led to the guillotine, placed on it, and then the blade falls. Part of his body, apparently the headless corpse, falls off the platform and is then picked up and carried off. The head is apparently on the other side of the platform.

This video is not as disturbing as I thought it would be for some reason.

Robber Badly Hacked Up With a Machete in Brazil

This video is terrible! But the guy who got hurt here is definitely a bad person.

A group called Nogaisky Dzhamaat or the Nogai Brigade is thought to be behind the blast. The Nogai Brigade practice strict Wahhabi Islam. The group emerged in the early 2000's in the Stavropol region of Russia and supports the Chechen independence struggle.

Their leader is a Slavic Muslim from Stravropol named Vitaly Razdobudko. He vanished along with his wife in October 2010. The Nogai are an ethnic group that lives in the Caucasus.

Whether or not the Nogai Brigade is made up of mostly Nogai fighters is not known, but the Nogai do live in the Stavropol region and the northern part of Dagestan. Some also live in Chechnya. They mostly reside in a place called the Nogai Steppe. Some Nogai have taken part in attacks, including suicide bombings, in Chechnya. The Nogai are Muslims, and they speak a Turkic tongue.

The Nogai Brigade is headquartered in Dagestan, which is increasingly Ground Zero for the Islamist insurgency in the Caucasus. The insurgency was originally an independence movement in Chechnya, but increasingly it has taken on Islamist tones, while it has spread from Chechnya to Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia, Kalmykia, Abkhazia, North Ossetia, the Stavropol Region and other parts of Russia.

Voici la très populaire vidéo du suicide de Budd Dwyer, un homme politique de l'état de Pennsylvanie. Il fut trésorier d'état de 1981 à 1987. On a découvert que durant cette période les employés de l'état ont payé trop d’impôts fédéraux, les livres comptables de l'état étaient un désastre.

Une société comptable fut chargée de déterminer quelle somme l'état devait a chaque employé. Plus tard on a découvert que Dwyer avait accepté des pots-de-vin pour que cette société soit engagée pour cette enquête.

Dwyer fut reconnu coupable d'avoir perçu 300,000 pour engager la société de comptabilité. La justice lui proposa un accord pour une sentence de 5 ans de prison, mais il refusa l'offre. Tout au long du procès il clama son innocence et se déclara victime d'un coup monté.

Au tribunal il fut reconnu coupable. Il allait devoir affronter 55 ans de prison. Le jour précédent la sentence, il convoqua une conférence de presse pour actualiser sa situation.

Il lut une longue et étrange lettre, mais s'arrêta avant la fin. Puis il donna trois enveloppes kraft, une pour chacun de ses collègues. Une contenait une lettre pour sa femme, l'autre contenait une carte de donneur d'organes, et la dernière était pour le gouverneur de Pennsylvanie. Puis d'une quatrième enveloppe il sortit un énorme revolver 357 et dit « s'il vous plait sortez, vous pourriez être blessés »

Les personnes présentes commencèrent à sortir en courant, d'autres se rapprochèrent de Dwyer.
